Today there is sack of market releases and significant decisions that would lead the Forex market to signal some good trading peaks at the charts.

FOMC scheduled a meeting today and is the first meeting that have been scheduled for policy decisions to be done in a single day since the crises arise in September 2008, in February Fed raised the discount rate by 0.75% that was around 50 bps arguing that this step doesn’t mean that they are trying to tighten the monetary policies instead this measure would encourage the traders to move to the forex online market and other securities to borrow money for continuing their trade and business activities.

The key issue in today’s meeting is that whether the Fed stick to their decision of extended period of low interest rates or would raise the rates and after the appointment of Janet Yellen as a Vice President of Fed Reserve led to expectation that policy changes may come but not at large extent.

Fed had discussed earlier that keeping zero interest rate would not be sustainable any more with respect to the existing economic condition so time demands for rate hikes in appropriate proportion even though the job claims issue is still at its peak.

USD and JPY are the victorious lead of the Forex market in this week in spite of the Central Bank meetings held in this week only, the currency pair made to attain success at the Forex trading platform due to Chinese Premier Wens speech at the weekend and he stated that Yuan was not overvalued and the external pressure was not suitable.

His statement raised the concerns of the traders regarding the prospects of their trade moves at the Forex trading platform and the possible returns on their investment.

Overall, the currency pair of USD/JPY was trading at the low trade level of 90.34 and the high trade level of 90.82 before the final trade closes at the level of 90.40.

Although the risks trades paved out of the riskier Forex condition smoothly yet it would take some more time to stabilize the situation at international trade level.

This weekend came to an end with lots of up and downs in the market and the emerging issues that put the different nations into consideration but its time to move on with some fresh attitude regarding the market reviews and the changes probably prevail at the market in the coming weeks.

Although the risks trades paved out of the riskier forex condition smoothly yet it would take some more time to stabilize the situation at international trade level. EUR and GBP succeeded to trade in the correction phase, BOJ decisions put the JPY under pressure that it started trending weaker, US economic yet moving ahead towards higher trends and the coming week has lot of things to reveal about the market updates.

Key events of the week: US calendar would keep the market pack in next week with international capital flow data, industrial production details, NAHB confidence index, housing factors and FOMC rate decision possibly on Monday and Tuesday. The producer prices information will be declared on Wednesday while jobless claims, consumer prices, Philly Fed manufacturing index and the leading economic indicators wrap up the market data release session on Thursday.

The same is the condition with Euro zone and is expected to remain busy with fourth-quarter employment reports, Greece scheduled to submit reports on debt reduction reports on Monday.

Tuesday will come up with consumer price index and multiple ZEW reports whereas on Wednesday there would be reports about the construction outcomes in queue. Finally the week would close with the reports of the German Producer Prices on Thursday and Friday. Along with a meeting of finance ministers on the issue of sovereign debt risk management on Monday and Tuesday as well.

UK is taking rest with very few releases that includes home price rates on Monday and employment reports on Tuesday with the recent meeting minutes of Bank of England and the UK week end up with the CBI industrial trend reports on Thursday.

Thus, week ahead has really big list to put forth the reports and some meetings that would keep the pace of the Forex trade moves little sluggish because the traders would likely to take time to make their buying and selling position after evaluating the market response over the meeting outputs and the trade gets settled at the platform.

Everyone fears but who move beyond their fear only they can win over this emotional terror and get success.

Fear can be defined as the state of mind or emotion that comes across due to expectation of some danger that led to deadly thoughts, anxiety or apprehension and all such feelings arise due to anticipation of some unfavorable events that could happen.

This fear is the major enemy of the trader at Forex trading platform as well, maximum traders looses their trades due to this fear only. By getting rid of fear trader can turn into a successful trader that would stay for lifelong.

Usually, there three types of fear or we can say that the three reactants that drive the forces of fear to win over the mind and positive thoughts. The three categories of fear are: fear of loss, fear of missing an opportunity and fear of doing wrong moves.

These fears are real enemy of the Forex traders and once the trader won over these negative emotions that indicate that the trader had won half of the trading journey.

Fear of loosing: No one would disagree with the fact that loss and gains are the inevitable part of any business likewise forex is the process of transacting with currency of one nation with other either directly or indirectly so losses are sure to happen and sometimes more riskier than any other business activity but that does not mean that there are no way out to avoid such risk to come over such troubles.

Fear can be overcome by accepting the truth and try with paper trading and trading with Forex mini account that offers trading with small amount of capital at Forex account.

Fear of transacting wrong move: This can be avoided or lessen out through focusing on implementing trade move and deriving some good idea of making your trades better instead of dreaming of earning quick money in large amount. Once your head decides to focus on learn forex rather than earning money it automatically works in a right move forgetting about the loss or gains and in such stress Free State of mind magic are created.

Everyone fears but who move beyond their fear only they can win over this emotional terror and get success.

The currency pair of USD & JPY is trading lower, Non-Farm Payroll drops less than expected and stocks hiked up. USD showing mixed response with US February unemployment strikes expectation so the stock rises.

There were no changes in the Feb Unemployment and remained at 9.7% as compared to the expectation of the 9.8%. Non-farm payroll slump down by 36k while there was expectation of around 50k decline.

As for now, the experts are trying to put the hopes high for the seeing some good outcomes with respect to the NFP reports of March and the reports of wholesale inventories and sales to have an idea about the spending and yields as well.

JPY performing lower while BOJ inclining to quantity easing conjecture risk sentiments are improvising and the Japanese Libor rate dropped lower than the US rate. EUR heading higher with Deutsche Bank relegated, ECB made an attempt to relax the trade situation with extending the liquidity operations.

JPY reacting in such manner due to BOJ speculation though of re-considering on the monetary policy easing and liquidity measures in order to fight with deflationary forces. Further adding to this matter, the JPY/USD yield differential decline the strength of the US among the traders and it is loosing its allure as a funding currency.

On the other hand, GBP trailing higher with PPI trading at fourteen-month higher rate while the commodity currencies including CAD, AUD are attempting to settle at sustainable trade level with the expectation of improving risk sentiment and Canada to solidify expenditure.

Overall, it can be concluded that there are dramatic turns coming over in all the major and minor currencies to come over the economic instability that is constantly trying to raise its head and putting the nations under big troubles.

Let’s see, March will shower some positive trading aptitude at the Forex trading platform or the situation will remain struggling for another few weeks.

Among the series of option trading strategies there is one called straddle strategy. It is a frequently used strategy at the forex trading platform for activating option contract.

Among the series of option trading strategies there is one called straddle strategy. It is a frequently used strategy at the forex trading platform for activating option contract. Straddle is an offsetting position taken up by an investor while trading Forex deals through options.

It is applied by simultaneously holding both the put and call options for the same financial asset at the same strike price within the same expiry date of the contract and another way to put this strategy into action is simultaneously writing both the put and call option for same strike price within the same expiration limit of the contract.

The objective of the straddle can be visualized through following explanation: suppose that the current price of the underlying asset is Rs. 200 and is expected to raise by 250 in two months time, an investor enters a call option at a premium of Rs. 5 each at the strike price of Rs. 220 each.

After two months, if the market price is more than Rs. 220 say Rs. 245 he will exercise the option and make a net profit of Rs. 245 – 220 - 5 = Rs.20 each financial claim.

However, if the price happens to be Rs. 220 or less would be the premium paid, i.e. Rs.5 each. Therefore, by entering into the call option trader can make profit only when the actual price on the expiry day happens to be more than the strike price.

However, the trader can ensure profit even though the price falls below the strike price by simultaneous position holing at the same strike price of the underlying asset within the same expiration period of the option trade. In case, the strike price happens to be less than the strike price, the traders will let the option lapse but exercise the put option to make profit.

So, the trader is able to make profit whether the market price is more or les than the strike price.

This is possible by undertaking the straddle strategy and putting into action at the Forex trading platform. The straddle position is called long straddle position when the trader buys an option as well as a put option at the same time strike price. It is called short straddle position when the trader decides to sell or writes both a call option and put the option at the same strike price.

Thus, straddle is the position making strategy in which there is an opportunity for the traders to make simultaneous put or call position via option trading.

Crossing currency is another way to call exchanging currency. It is the most basic practice in the foreign exchange world. If you become a trader, you will be crossing currency all the time. Crossing currency is basically exchanging one currency for another by buying or selling. What this requires is knowledge of how the foreign exchange world works. In time and with practice, you will be able to get the hang of crossing currency and master the basic trading techniques.

Considerations when crossing currency
When you go through crossing currency, you can make a profit if you make the right exchanges. The best way to go about it is to buy a particular currency at a low value and then anticipate the time when its value peaks to sell it. Crossing currency is, therefore, the lifeblood of foreign exchange.Crossing currency requires you to be in touch with current events. Which countries are doing well economically and politically? Should you be crossing currency right now instead of tomorrow?
Do you need to immediately get rid of a currency you have on hold because of dire predictions? Crossing currency can be affected by so many factors that it can also get complicated.

Benefits of crossing currency
Crossing currency is a great way to gain profits because the investments involved are very liquid. Crossing currency can easily land you double or even multiple times your initial investment. If you understand the concept of crossing currency, you should be able to do well in the forex market. Of course, you should always keep your ears and eyes open and make decisions based on the things that you know and have observed. Crossing currency may be a simple concept but it should be coupled with restraint, wisdom, and a willingness to take some risks.

What are those qualities included in the so-called combination of the best features of traditional mutual funds and ETF innovations? The whole idea is very easy to understand. Cost efficiency and tax efficiency will cap off the already brimming benefits of such a fund. Still, investors have to take care of their portfolio as if managing any other type of fund.
